Prices and Payment Policy

Deposits

A deposit of $100 is required and will be applied to the total payment. A receipt, order number, and amount of final payment will be issued at the time of deposit. Deposits are non-refundable unless a health issue is verified by our vet at the pups 6 week check up. Then you would have a choice of either applying the deposit to another litter or a full refund of your deposit. We accept cash, checks, M.O, or credit cards for deposits. The remaining balance must be paid in full with Cash or we can accept Master Card and Visa Credit/Debit cards!

"1st Pick List"

To be placed on this list a deposit is required to reserve your puppy. After deposit is made and the litter is born you will have the opportunity to pick your puppy out before the "waiting list" customers are notified. We usually have the customer pick their puppy out by 4 weeks of age. Customers will be placed on the list in order of deposits that are received. We will let our customers know beforehand on how many other customers have placed a deposit before them so they may choose whether or not to place a deposit. (i.e If you are interested in placing a deposit on a yellow male you will contact us via email, I will then tell you if there is anyone who has placed a deposit before you. If not you will have 1st pick. If there are two others before your deposit then you will have 3rd pick. We do recommend this list for customers who have a preference of color, gender, or pedigree.

"Waiting List"

For customers who want to be placed on this list will have the opportunity to be notified of what puppies are available from the litter(s). This will occur after the customers on the "1st pick list" pick their puppies out. The down fall to this list is that there may not be any puppies available. We do not recommend this for anyone who has a preference of color, gender, or pedigree. The "Waiting list" customers will be notified before our ad is placed with the local newspaper. If there are puppies that are available and the customer is interetsed in one then a deposit will be required to reserve the puppy. If no deposit is made than the puppy is able to be sold to any other customer. Customers will be contacted in the order that they are placed on the list.

What if I can not keep my Labrador Retriever?

If for any reason including your illness or a change in circumstances you are unable to keep

your dog, we will offer to take back or provide assistance in re-homing the dog.

We cannot provide a refund when there is no fault with the puppy.

We recommend that you come and visit our ranch to be able to feel, cuddle, hug and see the precious puppy up close. Please contact us for an appointment at 830-885-5540 and we would be happy to set up a time that is convenient for you.
